Ohio State University graduate earning MHA and JD degrees, Ryan McCuskey is proud to cheer on the Buckeyes as an alumnus.
One of only six American universities to reign as NCAA national champs in baseball and basketball, Ohio State is revered for its athletic programs. Across the Field, OSU’s students are thriving in both athletic and academic arenas. Ryan McCuskey’s résumé is polished with two postgraduate degrees from the esteemed University.
After graduating from Marshall University’s College of Liberal Arts with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science, Ryan McCuskey furthered his education at Ohio State University. He solidified his credentials as a professional in the medical field with an MHA focusing on Services Management and Policy. While enrolled, he also completed an Administrative Residency via VHA.
A professional who favors a challenge, McCuskey expanded his horizons with a second journey at OSU, one which would earn him a Juris Doctor (JD), Law. At this time, he undertook a Clerkship with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and also stood as the Publishing Senior Editor for I/S: A Journal of Law and Policy for the Information Society. This experience granted him a new lens in his work as an Information Technology expert in the medical field.
Though his days at Ohio State University are now behind him, Ryan McCuskey still loves to cheer on the Buckeyes! Every season, he follows the school’s football schedule. Even OSU Alums bleed scarlet and gray!
Acclaimed for its athletics, it’s no surprise why graduates of the University still scream the Buckeye Battle Cry long after commencement. Many of OSU’s outstanding student athletes have gone on to become famed champions. Notable sports figures include Jesse Owens, John Havlicek and Katie Smith — just to name a few.
Versatile in approach, Ryan McCuskey’s two postgraduate degrees from Ohio State University help him to bring a unique perspective to his work in Information Technology.
